Policy

All returns require authorization prior to acceptance by our warehouse and must be within 30 days of original purchase.
Purchaser is responsible for outgoing and return freight of any returned items.
Any item being returned must be unopened and/or unused in order to be eligible receive a refund.
A 10% restocking fee will be retained for any returned items.
If product has been ordered and was paid for by credit card and has not yet been shipped and the customer requests a refund, a 5% fee will be deducted from the total amount purchased to cover credit card charges we have incurred.
Presto reserve the right to refuse a refund for any reason.
There are no money back guarantees on any of our products.
