Shipping Information

Our products are shipped from our warehouse in Nashua, New Hampshire.
Most products are shipped within 24-48 hours of receiving your order and payment. Orders received after 12:00 noon EST on Friday, or after hours, will be shipped on the following business day. If any portion of your order is backordered, we will notify you via email or phone, and provide you with an estimated date of shipment as well as substitution options for a quicker delivery.

HAZMAT items are available in minimum quantities. Please call for additional information. 1-877-392-0472

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We ship via UPS. Please see the ground transit rate map for delivery times. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We recommend having your order shipped to a freight forwarder in the continental US for the best shipping rates.
If you elect to have our warehouse send the product directly to your international location the following apply:

• Freight quotes are not given prior to ordering product
• International orders may take an additional 3-5 days for shipping preparation and processing. 
• We use UPS for international shipping. You will be charged a freight deposit during checkout. At the time of shipping we will reconcile the actual amount prior to sending the product.
