Product Details
Designed to safely and efficiently remove stains from anodized aluminum and aluminum composite materials while simultaneously installing temporary surface enhancement.
Intended Use
This product is formulated for use on specialty architectural surfaces such as aluminum composite panels, anodized aluminum, glass and other building exterior surfaces.
Recommendations
Following restoration, we recommend the application of Presto’s Metal Protector product to seal the metal and preserve the restoration investment.
This product is designed to remove stains from the surface of metal caused by mineral deposits, rust, salts, efflorescence, high mineral content tap or well water. This solution also removes damage caused by soap scum, oils, acid rain, adhesive stains, water repellant overspray and/or leaching, caulking or coating residue, exhaust fumes, everyday grime and buildup and other stubborn stains from architectural surfaces without the use of machinery.

Equipment Needed
- Gloves and goggles
- White, non-abrasive pad, towel or sponge
Application
Apply this product to previously cleaned surfaces with the EnviRestore MSR Foam Pad, microfiber towel, soft sponge, white non-abrasive pad, or an absorbent towel. Apply a small amount of product to the applicator. Lightly agitate the product in a circular motion until the stain is removed, wiping away any excess residue. Do not inhale any dry dust from this product.
In some instances, a second or third application may be required.
This product may also be used with a motorized polisher or random orbital sander as long as the applicator pad is nonabrasive. For best results restoring softer materials use the EnviRestore MSR Foam Pad and The Backer Pad
Precautions
SURFACE PREPARATION
Clean surface prior to use. Remove dirt or sand which may scratch the surface. It is extremely important that the application pad or towel used with this product is not contaminated with abrasives. Always test in a small, inconspicuous area in direct sunlight prior to use.
If the stains are still not removable using this product, try using Presto’s Metal ReSurfacer with a motorized polisher.
This product installs temporary surface protection that is short-lived in comparison to most other protective treatments in Presto’s line. If a longer-lasting protective treatment is desired, use a solvent wipe to remove the temporary protective treatment in preparation for Metal Protector.
